Re: Never Get Emotionally Involved With a Man Woman Beast or Child

Maybe it was from this item in the archives? I think that package is more likely to contain a copy of the Pickwick Studios tape. The postcodes on the package are 11th May (and 12th May 1965), and Olivier's site dates the Pickwick Studios tape as May 11 1965. The site dates the demo tape with "Never...

Re: "Nico, 1988" new movie.

At least that trailer looks better than this one, which isn't anything like any of the Nico gigs I went to in the 1980s.

Re: I Found A Reason - Demo Version

Yes, a live recording exists of this arrangement, from End Of Cole Ave., Dallas, Texas, October 18, 1969. The concert is available on CD and Spotify as "Live At The End Of Cole Ave, 1969 - The 1st Night", although it's basically a bootleg, as I understand it!

Re: Loaded 45th Anni box drama

Yes this does look pretty disappointing to say the least, especially after the third album anniversary box. I guess, as has been said already, the fact that Rhino are doing this rather than licensing to Universal could account for the rest of the Matrix stuff not being used here. If they're going to...

Re: 3rd Album Deluxe - Bill Levenson drops a hint?

I guess it's a fair to say that it's very unlikely that we will get a deluxe Loaded box to match the first 3 albums on account of 1) it not being owned by Universal and 2) Rhino already doing a "Fully Loaded" set in 1997 with most everything included (is it still in print?) but it would be great to...

Re: Sweet Sister Ray / Sister Ray at the BTP Summer 1968

And what song Cale played on the radio? sorry but I do not know. you can hear it? It's a different recording of Guess I'm Falling in Love. It's on various bootlegs, including Caught Between The Twisted Stars. I used to have it on an old tape, which I think I've now lost, and which included a snippe...

Of course the track that Cale played on the radio isn't on the Gymnasium tape that was actually released!
