I think this was taken at the New York Filmmakers Cinematheque during the Up-Tight shows Feb 1966.
Checked out some of the Adam Richie pictures and you will see the similarity of the place Moe´s drum kit is placed

According to The MGM Labels book, Recording references for Wl/Wh sessions go from 103536 to 103546.
