Old Cale article/interview from Uncut magazine, 1999, I hope it's of interest to someone.

Here is another old interview with J.C., in this case from a Welsh TV show (yet conducted in NYC):

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2xwaEErI1U8

The host/interviewer, Mal [Maldwyn] Pope, is a songwriter and pop musician who began his recording career at 13 y.o. on Elton John's Rocket label. By the time of hosting this TV program he'd enjoyed a long and variously successful career, and is still going strong today.

Alas, that doesn't make him a very good or insightful interviewer, but Cale answering superficial -- at times, inane -- questions is better than no Cale at all. By the way there is no need to search for the next portion of the show, as Cale's entire appearance is contained in this one segment.

Thanks Phil, that's quite a rarity you've unearthed, well found.
