I've got the original Polaroid print of this pic. It was taken by Mickie Rickford, "President" of the UK fan club. I bought a pile of stuff from her archive a while back.

Nice photo! I also have some of Wilkinson's letters to Mickie and they're very illuminating about Lou's crazy behaviour c1974 around the world.

With roommate Barbara Wilkinson, January 1974

Wilkinson was Lou's tour manager, she had a very difficult job (!) but they did have a close working relationship.

Is she Barbabra Fulk, who wrote a chapter in Diana Clapton's book "Lou Reed & the VU"?
page 101-107: "She's My Best Friend: three years [1972-75] on the road with tour manager Barbara Fulk".

No idea. I sent scans of several pics to babs a few years ago. She sent them on to a Lou Reed biographer and he used this one in his book. In return she sent me a pile of copies of interesting stuff from her files. Tour financial info, sheets from lou's lyrics book etc. I posted some of it here before.

I've wondered for a long time why there never seemed to be any pictures of Doug playing with Lou in 75/76, despite performing on a whole tour, but I finally found two shots, the first from March 9/75 in Amsterdam and the second from the 25th in London:
