This image appeared on Epay earlier but quickly disappeared (which one of you bought it?!) so thats why its got the watermark on it.
I haven't seen it before - from Kinetic Playground Chicago 1969.

Wow,how young looks Moe I love it,totally blowned away.Amaizing find also new to me....My guess the're "tons"of suff still to see light,many thanks bleach !!

Totally awesome Cafe Bizarre color picture,looks COOLEST place in Village place to hanging on to.But looking at 2nd picture people looks happy and having a good time even with some beatniks at the back,I'd like to research in those Greenwich times.Maybe the VU was growing up an small group of fans such Rubin,village scene people,etc prior Warhol,discuss.

Following the link Taxine included with his Cafe Bizarre post turned up two additional items owner Rick Allmen presently has up for sale. Keep in mind that the venue was never known among Village musicians as a cool place to play; rather, it was a tourist-trap the thrust of which was to exploit a curiosity among squares of what all the hoopla over "Beatniks" was about. The gambit was successful enough that it was still going into the mid 1960s, long after the Beatnik fad had otherwise faded from public consciousness.
