Actually one of the last shows he did and it's a great document. The band are on top form, the sound is great and it's really nicely shot

I actually prefer the Lulu songs without Metallica - the expanded band and the lack of Metallica's stupid gurning rock faces (and Lars naff drumming)helps a lot

The usual VU covers too (Heroin, Waiting, Sweet Jane and Beginning to See The Light). It's cool to see Lou do Heroin with a viola player and drummer with mallets!

Had to set up a new account because it’s been so long. It’s occurred to me that it’s been 10 years since this show and it’s no longer on Amazon. I don’t even think it’s made the rounds in the bootleg circles either. Checking the inventory for the Lou Reed Archive shows there’s not really anything in there covering Lou’s last two tours. Does anybody have any information about a rights issue or maybe even anyone to contact about this?
