The "after the white heat" bootleg Cd has the best quality source of that show iirc but it is missing Heroin. Heroin is on the old cassette copy I have but is much worse quality wise. But its all relative - it still sounds as if it was recorded from the car park using a tin can as a mic.

By popular demand, here’s a new, revised version of this list! It’s only on Facebook though, since it includes video links (when available) for every entry (something that this forum doesn’t allow).

The After the White Heat boot is just a nose ahead of other copies I've heard. Except it doesn't have Heroin! That footage does also include Doug singing Candy Says though
Michael Barbiero, J.C. Convertino - no no no! Gary Kellgren, Val Valentin - yes yes yes!

I am not able to access that facebook group. Anyway your list is missing Piero Heliczer movie Venus in Furs. From what I heard Nico and Lou are playing It was a pleasure then in Warhol moview Four Stars. It would confirm a short excerpt in Nico - Frozen Warnings clip, see around 2:25 :
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5XJC0cZD6zg
In fanzine What Goes On someone mentioned that he filmed VU at late 1966. It was in The Best Of 1 & 2 or Issue 4, but I dont have them around to check.
And there is still a short beautiful color footage used in RnR Heart documetary with Nico and Cale. No idea where it is from, probably some TV b/cast

I always wondered about that short piece of colour footage of nico in the Lou documentary. Is it from the "merry pranksters" piece mentioned above?
