I get the wish to share, but I wouldn't have thought the above link should be on the forum for obvious reasons. See sticky about sharing mp3s.

Aha - 13 tracks on a single LP coming for RSD 23 April!
7550 copies so shouldn’t be too hard to get hold of!

Same cover

No Walk & Talk It, Love Makes You Feel, I Can’t Stand It or Hangin Round - maybe a deluxe edition further down the line, or just a CD/download?

I had some time at the New York Public Library yesterday, and I listened to most of the September 8/10, 1974 Acoustic Demos. It's similar to the 1971 demos. Just Lou and his guitar - high quality studio recording. Different in that it includes a few songs he'd already released. The otherwise unknown (at least to me) "I Couldn't Resist It" is really good - about Lou's inability to resist various temptations.

I wonder if we could get a release of this on it's 50th anniversary? This would be a good one.

The earlier version of "I Wanna Be Black" (called "I Want To Be Black" here) has language rougher than the released version, and it may be difficult to release this version.

The 1971 demos are now up on streaming services and available in the iTunes store (in the US, at least). This includes the four tracks left off the RSD vinyl release.

I think it's amusing that on this version of Perfect Day they drink "sangre" rather than "sangria" in the park.
