Question about WGO fanzine early issues
Did the first three issues of What Goes On come out with different color covers, or were there different printings? Olivier's page only shows one version for each issue http://olivier.landemaine.free.fr/vu/bi ... zines.html but I keep seeing other versions.
Re: Question about WGO fanzine early issues
I owned all of them but in the same colors pictured here.

Thanks dial4. I sometimes see issues on ebay with different color covers and can't tell if they're bootleg copies or different runs or variations. If anyone else has any insights..,

Re: Question about WGO fanzine early issues
There were some minor color variations, due to multiple press runs at differing printers. If you show me a pic of one, I might be able to tell if it's a printing I did or an unauthorized one.

I also have a complete set which are the same colours as the ones on Olivier's website

Hi Phil,
I just emailed you with a scan of the cover. Let me know what you think.
Thanks!

Phil , sure you remeber I asked you privately a year ago a similar question .
I do have WGO #2 with Yellow Cover&Back and one with a Red Cover and White Back.
While the yellow cover/back wrap all the pages of the issue, the Red Cover is only for the front, the back is just the last page printed in paper not cardboard

Re: Question about WGO fanzine early issues
If anyone has a spare copy of issue 3 please let me know. That one seems to be the most elusive.

Just because this is some thing that I’ve been thinking for a long time… And Phil, if you’re listening, this is a specially for you!… I’d love to see a PDF (if not a printed version, although I would love that even more) of the complete set of WGO issues. I would pay good money for that!

Re: Question about WGO fanzine early issues
I appreciate the impulse, but am too lazy and/or busy to undertake it myself. If someone comes along with an interesting idea to get it done from my copies with minimal effort on my part, I'll certain consider helping out. Note, though, that all I've got is a "first pressing" copy of the issues I did (#s 1–3), as opposed to any sort of "masters."
Alternatively, anyone with half-decent copies who'd like to PDF'ize them is welcome to present me with a plan.
