Elena Weirdland. No idea. She doesn't appear to have published the interview. I'd love to see it.

That section of the page (among others) is lifted from Richie Unterberger's White Light/White Heat book. I believe the section on E.L. is from the revised edition, which thus far is available only as a e-book.

So I see - it's on the free Amazon preview. (Didn't even know there was a new version of Unterberger).

Too bad her recollections aren't very detailed or revealing, except that her role seems to have been something of a proto-Nico vocalist. The fact she says it wasn't her who bled all over the guitar or the sarinda begs the question of who John IS referring to - unless she was just trying to distance herself from such craziness in the light of her more respectable latter day persona.
