Cale-era live bootlegs?

Post by mrjackalope » 08 May 2004 02:30

i was just curious about how many tapes are available of cale with the band. so far, all that i've seemed to have found are:

-november 4, 1966
-the 1967 show that "booker t." and "guess i'm falling in love" from the box set are on (and only those two songs).

i have read that the "sweet sister ray" bootleg may have been cale, and that there were a few post-nico shows, but have heard nothing else. anyone know?

You can find answers to your question here:

Sweet Sister Ray is Cale and there is also Heroin from the same show. Not much Cale era circulates, however.
