Master - Audience recording from my old TDK-Sa C-90 Tapes

My Artwork is included !!

This concert I taped with my SONY Professional WM D6 walkman
and an extra stereo-microphone (I can't remember what microphone it was).

I recorded this gig from the middle of the audience about 7 meters from the stage.

The sound is excellent - or better.


This was my second John Cale - solo - experience after 6 years, just a week after
his gig at Tilburg, The Netherlands.
And as he entered the stage I did not think anymore: "Oh, what a f****** haircut!", because I knew that he
did have a f*** ....
That evening he was in a much better mood than that week before, although he still had
a few problems with his voice.
And that evening again he started saying `The first three songs are from "Words for the dying"`,
those words who accompanied me over the years in so many Cale-concerts.

But what was so special that evening was that he did an extra encore after having finished the regulary set
with the normal encore. And he came back on stage in normal blue jeans, not more dressed in black.
