Velvet Underground & Nico Test Pressing w/ No Sunday Morning

Hi - An instagram user named sanfungus has posted photos and information on a Velvet Underground & Nico test press, each side on a separate disc, without Sunday Morning. It's stereo and dated 11-2-1966. It looks like the matrix numbers are the same as on the stock copy without Sunday Morning. that's been circulating. Possibly the source for that stock copy? Anyone ever hear of this before?
