He's the best writer so far to have tackled this band

The fact that it's 800 pages actually puts me off buying it, but i might try and get it from the library 8-)

800 pages seems about right to tell the story.


Consider that Mark Lewisohn's 'Tune In' is 960 pages and ends in December 1962...
