"tiny skips in track 1, for instance 1st time Lou sings "Lady be good, do what you should" the do is not there, there are other skips as well.
Track 2 at 1:17
Track 3 abrubt eding (missing 1-2 secs)"

To clarify, Candy uploaded this in good faith. Believe it or not, I hadn't noticed the erros in Tracks 1 and 2 until they were brought to my attention here. I thought the abrupt ending was as it is on the LP (is it?). If I'd been paying attention to this thread and realised that Candy was going to post here that they were "flawless", I would have known what people were looking for and had a listen.

Candy -- got the updated (uncut) Cant Stand It. But I'm having one heck of a time getting part 2. Every time I try to get it I'm told the system is too busy. Are there that many people trying to get it or is something not right.

Anyway, thank you for all your efforts!!! :)

erm, that was me.

i do not have any skip in tracks 1-2.

the kinda jerky ending of track 3 is not a flaw of the vinyl!

If you want me to upload the first 2 tracks I will do so. Tomorrow!

Notes: "cover design & layout by faust", actually a collage made with the VU at Max's 1970 poster. Great sound quality. Gripping liner notes, probably written by Jamie Klimek, the guy who taped those legandary shows at La Cave. Certainly one of the best Velvet Underground live records ever released - definitely essential!. What Goes On is the version which finally appeared on Peel Slowly And See official box set. Reissued as Uptight in 1990, Selling the original 1983 pressing...

I am about 8 years late, but figure that it makes more sense to listen to '68 show with new deluxe set than '69 matrix recordings. Can someone help me getting a decent transfer of this mythical bootleg?

I feel the same way. I found a reasonably priced copy recently. I've been meaning to rip it and will try and get round to it this week. Unless someone beats me to it.
