The Matrix tapes and the show from Second Fret on the Loaded deluxe box set came out after Lou passed. Supposedly the WGO in PSAS is taken from the boot which would mean UMG doesn't have the tape (but who knows? Not me). I hardly noticed the Second Fret thing - those are the dullest VU shows ever ...

What risk is there? the risk of putting out a bootleg? Realistically | think we have to forget about the Klimek tapes, anyone he trusted with them would probably want to respect his wishes. UMG has the La Cave Oct '68 What Goes On, so presumably they have the whole show - there's a chance that ...

My copy arrived - listening to it now! I Heard Her Call My Name is the best! Sister Ray too. Here She Comes Now is disappointing, but overall it's great! Very pleased. Love the 'who is that knocking?' gaps in SR.
