Nop ... this should be WABC-FM radio station studios in NY , where Tom Wilson "Music factory" program was airplayed every Saturday evenings at 6:00pm

If you look at the jpeg title is actually says 1962

The publication is Dutch-language. Of course, you've all been able to make it out, but the caption reads "Two of Professor Schwartz's students:" (etc.) Apparently Delmore was the main subject of the book/article, not the two aspiring songwriters.
Alfredo, do you know what book this came out of originally?
