First Beat of the Earth (see General Discussion thread) then The Byrds and now Ike and Tina Turner? Is it a variation on the Hollwood film plot? Deceased's lover, unable to let go, sees her/him everywhere. I hope it doesn't turn into a remake of Vertigo. :D

I see ? yes I can certainly hear that Beast of Burden uses the actual Sweet Jane riff! It's probably a deliberate homage to the original.

But the other stuff? Maybe it's a failure of my imagination.
