seeking East Village address for Sterling & John

dear fellow psychos:
I'm new here, but have been deep in the Velvets worship for decades. I'm currently working on a psychogeography project that has seen me chasing down addresses of where people used to live.
The most elusive address that I've yet been unable to find has been Sterling Morrison & John Cale's apartment on east 10th, just east of 1 Av, circa 1966 (Lou lived on his own across 1 Av but also on E10). My source from this is a quote from Sterling in Uptight.
Mr Bockris himself doesn't seem to have this address, nor the maker of the longform Sterling doc on YT. My contact at the NYPL Reed archive likewise came up with no intel.
If anyone out there reading this knows the answer, I'll trade you for a meal somewhere decent in the EV. It's been two years now of looking!
