THE INEVITABLE WORLD OF THE VELVET UNDERGROUND CATALOGUE

Post by alfredovu »

Dear All
For the last three years I have been working on a personal project: A compilation of VU newspapers and magazine ads, articles and reviews published from 1966 to 1975.
Not an easy task as I have compiled over the years more than 400 entries.
Thanks to the help of outstanding people like Richie Unterberger, Scott Curran, Aral Sezen, Gordon Lyon, Lau Buur Nielsen, Ronn Spencer, Simon Murphy, Garry, Olivier Landemaine and other great fans all around the world the job is about to be finished.
The final result will be available in a Catalogue titled ?The Inevitable World of The Velvet Underground? that will come fall 2010.
? More than 340 pages
? Actual reproduction of the ads, articles and reviews.
? Numbered Limited Edition of 500
? A Bonus CD with radio ads and interviews
This is a link of the Facebook page where you can see a promotional video clip. I will be updating details on the facebook page.

Hope you´ll enjoy it!
