Lou, Laurie, and John Zorn had walk outs and boo's at the Montreal Jazz Fest. Amazing story and comments. Be sure to read all the comments; some good points, some people who just don't get it and some very intelligent defense of the performance. A bit of humor also. Interesting read; I'd love to hear Lou's thoughts on the controversy.

Wow, great little story. I'm not surprised that Lou is so incredibly amazed by his own performance. I would have never guessed Zorn felt the same way.

I haven't listened to the music yet but I do look forward to hearing some new Lou and I think its great people walked out - Lou hasn't been this controversial for years.
Strange you would have thought Lou's fans would be more open minded especially at a flippin' jazz festival..

He could have a cool tour T-Shirt... "Still making audiences walk out after 45 years"
