"Legend" (1986) bootleg LP used this pic as back cover.
it seems Polygram included this pic in some 80´S promo advertising, reprinted in the VU "Scrapbook" pag7.
Used also in Michael Wrenn "Lou Reed Between The Lines" pag21.
